As the Managing Director of UpSpiral Leadership®, Rosie currently leads the company's growth strategy, tapping into her extensive experience in executive leadership and her passion for inspiring teams and individuals to achieve exceptional results.

Before her role at UpSpiral, Rosie served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Early Warning, where she played a pivotal role in the company's revenue growth and was instrumental in the naming and successful launch of the Zelle® Brand. This underscores her ability to oversee complex projects and drive industry-transforming results.

Her previous positions included Head of Retail Risk Management at Barclays UK Bank, where she managed various highly specialized teams encompassing risk management, operational risk, and compliance. Her C-Suite experience also spans numerous business functions, including data analysis, public relations, branding, marketing, sales, IT, and business development, reflecting her versatility and wide-ranging expertise.

Beyond her professional achievements, Rosie is a devoted mother of two and an avid hiker. She enjoys wine tasting, baking, and traveling with her husband. They currently reside in Scottsdale, Arizona, with their beloved dog.
