Poyee Chiu is a Co-Founder of UpSpiral Leadership®. Poyee works with clients across a wide-range of industries to generate positive and transformational workplace change. Together with the UpSpiral Leadership® Team, Poyee helps companies build and deploy strategies that drive leader development, build critical experiences, and energize the workplace with purpose, creativity and inspiration. Poyee leverages her extensive background in talent management, leader development, team effectiveness, organizational development and employee engagement with organizations such as Chubb, AllianceBernstein and Johnson & Johnson to design, prototype and facilitate innovative and powerful development and coaching journeys for our clients.
Poyee received her Doctor of Psychology degree in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers, Graduate School of Applied & Professional Psychology and is insatiably curious about new discoveries in the areas of positive psychology, habit research and brain science.
“A recent staffing change left our team with additional workload that we would be unable to absorb with current resources. Applying UpSpiral Leadership’s strategies for Leading Change, we sought input and brainstormed creative ideas and were able to focus on a positive solution to give us the best possible desired outcome.”
